The Pegatron Group is an EICC (Electronic Industry Code of Conduct) member, and actively participates in EICC gatherings. We are also actively involved in a variety of public welfare, environmental protection, and health and safety-related activities.

We have more than 100,000 employees all over the world. In addition to providing diverse training sessions for our employees, we view providing healthy and safe working environments as a vital part of our responsibilities, as all of our global manufacturing plants have passed OHSAS 18001 certification. However, while we are proud of our achievements, we are still not content with what we've accomplished so far, and we continue to strive to improve employee welfare by upgrading our work environment and employee health and safety.

The Pegatron Group has established the PUreGMS_Green Management System and the PUreCSR_Corporate Social Responsibility Management System to constantly enhance product quality, and fulfill our environmental and social responsibilities.
